Thanks for getting the cups out for our Rover 27 so quick. We installed all 15 of them that night; I do not know why I waited so long to change. What a difference, these should be a standard item on every Rover. During Mike's development he had put a few on the machine for us to try out; they seemed to work great but were randomly placed through out the work surface area. I contacted Better Vacuum cups looking for another option to the standard Biesse Cups. With the normal problems of replacing Jig rubber, excessive holes from through drilling, and of course general operator error. Mike was quick to reply with all the right answers to my questions. Within 2 weeks we had replaced the 18 cups on our Biesse Rover B, and will be in the near future replacing the cups on our other 3 Biesse pod machines. With all the qualities of the std cups, the little extra's of the Better Vacuum cups have certainly been standing up to the treatment we give them. The advice and service from first contact to delivery and after sale service has been second to none. Kym Fox - Australia

The last set of vacuum pads that we changed out on our Biesse 346 were from Bettervacuumcups.com. I wish we had only found out about them sooner! These pads hold better, last longer, and best of all they do not require a gasket. They will save us hundreds of dollars due to less downtime and no more gasket material to buy. We changed to Bettervacuumcups.com pads on 12/1/05 and we will definitely be a repeat customer. Love your pads. Thank you for designing a great product. Dave - Stevens Industries
We're able to route grooves over the entire face of 3/8" x 8" x 10' rough-sawn (and fairly warped) alder planks using only 8 vacuum cups with no difficulty. Robert Wood - Also video on home page was recorded on Ellis Woods Biesse Rover B Flat Table by Robert Wood.
I was quite impressed with a display of Better Vacuum Cups product line at a show in Las Vegas and decided to take a chance. Our results have been nothing but positive. From customer service to the performance of the products themselves, we have been extremely happy. We are now able to vacuum parts down that we would have never dreamt possible prior to. Setup time has also been greatly reduced, as there is no longer need to add and remove clamps. The cups perform, and we are very happy with our decision.
